User License Agreement for VGoD Photography

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement is legal agreement between you and the Site Owner of VGoD Photography. By entering VGoD Photography or other using or accessing any material that originated from VGoD Photography you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this License Agreement, do not enter this site, or use any materials that originated from this site wherever they are encountered.

Terms and Conditions of this License

VGoD Photography (the SITE) and all material within is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Copyright for individual works within the SITE is retained by the original author, artist, or photographer, and all rights remain with them or their assigns.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This License Agreement grants you the following rights:
   • You may view, download to your private computer, and print any artwork, photography, works of fiction and other content within the SITE for your personal private use free of charge.
   • Any other use of the content of this SITE ("REUSE") including but not limited to reposting on any other Web Site or newsgroup, reproducing by any means, or publishing in any medium is subject to the following license fees:
      
     • Artwork and Photographs: $500 per occurrence
     • Written works (stories, poetry, articles, etc): $1.13 per word (as determined by Microsoft Office 95 ®.)
     • Use Fees shall be assessed for any material REUSED on the Internet at the rate of $0.49 for each access. If reliable access statistics are not provided, the SITE owner and originator of the work in question reserve the right to calculate usage based traffic at an Adult Site of his/her choosing. Royalties for print publications shall be determined by the applicable industry standard, but SHALL NOT be less than 17.5% of sales.
        
   • Payment of license fees grants you ONE-TIME rights to display, reproduce, or publish a work removed from the SITE. Payment of license fees DOES NOT transfer or in any way erode or abrogate the rights of the originators to their respective works.
      
2. OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
   • Limitations of profiting from content from the SITE. You may NOT under any circumstances sell, rent, or lease any content originating from the SITE. If you post content from the SITE on a commercial site, in a commercial publication, or any other venue for which a fee is charged (voluntary donations excepted), applicable usage fees or royalties may be tripled.
   • Transfer of License Agreement. This License Agreement pertains where material originating from the SITE is found, whether it was removed from the site directly, or obtained through any third party. You are responsible for making users of your site or service aware of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
   • Waiver of damages. You agree to hold harmless the Site Owner and the content originators for any damage, disruption, loss, or inconvenience you suffer as a result of accessing, downloading, storing or transmitting content from the SITE. You agree to accept full responsibility for an legal consequences, criminal or civil, resulting from your accessing the SITE or for the use or misuse of SITE content in your possession. Should the SITE Owner or any or all of the content originators of the SITE become in involved in any legal proceeding as a result of your accessing SITE and obtaining by any means SITE materials, you agree to indemnify the SITE Owner and/or any or the SITE content originators for any and all resulting loss and/or expense.
      
3. EXECUTION OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Before REUSING any material removed from the SITE, contact the Site Owner via email. You will be provided with information on precisely how, when, and by what means to pay the applicable license fees. The Site Owner and content originators have the exclusive right to wave, modify, or cancel the terms of this agreement with respect to payment of fees.

This concludes the terms of this License Agreement.

If you approach us politely, you'll find that most of the time we'll be more than happy to allow you to display our work on a temporary basis, at no charge. However, if you are unwilling to abide by these terms or respect our work, please take this opportunity to leave.
